In an ode to the women who came before her, a young queer woman confronts a sacred land that both nurtures and condemns her for loving another woman. She unveils that the shame placed on her desire is not ancestral truth but the lingering language of colonial rule, and that in remembering: through ritual, memory, and defiant love, she can transcend the inherited wounds of her nation, becoming an undomesticable spirit tethered to both the living and the dead.
